What is Microsoft Single Sign-On?

A Microsoft service that lets users access Microsoft apps and other cloud, on-prem or SaaS apps with one set of credentials. One password to remember, one login.

Benefits

  • More productivity — one click to the central login screen
  • More security — fewer passwords to juggle
  • More IT efficiency — central user administration, easier role and permission management

Setting it up in teamspace

Note: Microsoft SSO is available for teamspace customers with standard or own hosting.

A Microsoft 365 account is required. In Configuration > General > Interfaces, grant access to Microsoft Graph via the action box, then map employees to system users via “Assign Azure AD users”.

You can allow or enforce SSO. Enforce skips the classic login entirely; allow lets users choose.
