A new configuration editor lets you assemble user-specific Excel exports based on any list type — project times, finance documents and many more.
Assemble Excel reports individually
The new editor in configuration lets you build user-specific Excel exports. Unlike the fixed Excel reports from lists, custom exports are fully editable. Pick a base list type (e.g. project times or finance documents) and assemble the columns you need.
Add a field per column. You can use the columns you know from the corresponding lists — and additionally jump along linked elements: the order position behind a time booking, the sales opportunities a key account manager worked on. Just like in the app, you can follow the link chain from one element type to the next. When done, download the report as .xlsx.
The result: individual reports for leadership ready for charting in Excel, or a technical export for IT.
