A short introductory call answers your questions.

Pick your preferred time in the calendar below. You speak directly with someone from the team, ask your questions and get a sound read on what is feasible. The introductory call takes 15 to 30 minutes, is held online and is free.

The call

What to expect in the call.

An introductory call at teamspace is a professional conversation on equal footing. You take three things away for certain.

Your questions first

You describe your situation and we go into your requirements in detail. It is about your topics and your priorities, not a prepared pitch.

A sound assessment

You hear openly what teamspace can do for you and where the limits are. So you know where you stand after the call.

Concrete next steps

You leave the call with a clear recommendation on how to proceed, including a test phase prepared specifically for you.

The provider

Who you will be dealing with.

teamspace is developed by 5 POINT AG, based in Darmstadt since 1999, self-funded and without outside capital. In the introductory call you speak directly with this team, not with a sales partner.

Your data is held in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in Frankfurt am Main, GDPR-compliant and processed exclusively within the EU.

Frequently asked questions about booking a call

Does the call cost anything?
No. The call is free and without commitment, even if you decide against teamspace afterwards.
What should I know beforehand?
Nothing. We go through the relevant points with you. Helpful but not required: a rough idea of your current tools, your headcount, and your three biggest operational bottlenecks.
How does the call work?
You pick your preferred time in the calendar and describe your situation briefly (industry, size, current tools, bottlenecks). In the call we go into your requirements and give a first read on feasibility. If it's useful, we show the relevant features live.
Who takes part?
On our side, an experienced person from customer success or sales with an industry background. On your side, typically leadership, project management or IT, and feel free to bring several people.
Online or on site?
Online by default, via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. For larger projects we are happy to visit in person, by arrangement.
When can I test it myself?
After the introductory call — a dedicated test phase is planned for then. This order keeps the test focused: a self-test with no prior call usually leads nowhere, because the software isn't understood well enough and the wrong modules get tried. After a short call at the start, you test exactly what matters to you.
