Where do your seven processes stand, and where do you want them in a year?

Every professional services firm runs the same seven processes, only with differing levels of support. In a few minutes you place each of them on a scale from zero to five: once for today, once for your target in twelve months. The gap shows where the effort pays off first.

Self-assessment

Your seven processes across six levels

Rate honestly rather than optimistically. Having a CRM does not put your sales process at level 3. What counts is completeness, currency, integration and automation.

What the six levels mean in general
0
unplanned
1
manual
2
structured
3
assisted
4
largely automated
5
fully automated

The numbers are the same everywhere, their meaning is not: level 3 in sales means something different from level 3 in billing. What your choice means in each process is spelled out right below it.

What happens next

The rating is the starting point, not the result.

A self-assessment shows where you see yourself. In a conversation we put it into context: we know the usual jumps and can tell you which level is realistic within twelve months and which is not. Clients on standard or premium support turn this into an audit workshop once a year, four hours remote, included in their support.

  • An honest placement

We will also say when a process is running well at your firm and teamspace would not improve it.

  • One process at a time

You do not have to change everything at once. A single process already pays off.

  • Included in support

The annual audit workshop is part of standard and premium support. On basic support it can be booked and is charged by time spent.

Why a self-assessment beats a feature comparison

Most software decisions start with a feature list. That is understandable, and it often leads nowhere useful: two vendors can carry the same ticks and still land completely differently inside a business. What makes the difference is not the list but the question of which process is jamming today and which step will actually carry weight next.

That needs an honest starting point. The six levels are described plainly on purpose, so that nobody rates themselves better than they are. “We have a CRM” says nothing about whether the data is current, whether it connects to billing, and whether anyone can read a forecast out of it.

Your rating, our experience.

Bring your result along. In a short call we put it into context and tell you which step actually carries weight at your firm.
