The help center is the central place for your daily work with teamspace. It holds step-by-step guides for every module, video tutorials for getting started and an FAQ section. The content applies equally to teamspace and projectfacts, so you can use it regardless of your product variant.
You don’t need a login for the general guides; they are freely accessible.
If a guide doesn’t get you all the way, our support team helps you personally:
Existing customers can also reach support directly from within the application. You’ll talk to personal contacts from the Customer Success team.
Every Tuesday from 14:00 to 15:00 (CET) we hold an open office hour. You can join without registration and ask your questions live, ideal for smaller topics that are quicker to clarify in conversation than by email. The office hour is free for teamspace customers; you’ll find the current access link in the help center.
