Price breakdown
The monthly price is made up of three components: the licence per active user, a flat hosting fee and optional support. You only pay for active users: anyone who leaves the company is deactivated, and the licence that frees up is taken over by the next hire straight away, at no extra cost. You can add users at any time, while the agreed number of licences is reduced at the end of the term.
An example: a team of 20 people chooses the office edition with standard hosting and standard support. That works out at 380 € licence, 100 € hosting and around 83 € support, totalling 563 € per month. Skip support and you pay less; add premium and you pay more.
On top of that, two things land once at the start: setting up the hosting, and the rollout itself, which means lifting the data out of your old system, configuring teamspace and training your people. For that starting package, 5,000 € is a realistic frame, and it can run higher depending on how much data there is and how much training you want.

Included in the price
Every edition includes all the features of its package, plus updates and new features without you having to book them separately. Support in German and English from Darmstadt is part of the basic package, available on working days from 8 am to 4 pm. Your data is held in an ISO 27001 certified data centre in Frankfurt am Main, with daily backups, encrypted transfer via TLS and encrypted storage (AES-256).
Optional extras include higher support plans with a guaranteed response time, standard hosting or running on your own infrastructure, onboarding workshops, data migration from legacy systems and custom interfaces.

teamspace is billed per active user per month. Three editions cover the path from pure time tracking to complete business software, and each higher edition includes all the features of the lower one. Licences can be booked monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually; the prices shown are annual prices, and a surcharge of 10 to 20 percent applies for shorter terms. There is no setup fee for the licence, only a one-time setup fee for the hosting.
The calculator on this page stacks the four items that carry a list price: the licence per active user, hosting by tier, the support plan and the term surcharge. On top sit the one-off items, meaning the hosting setup and an adjustable budget for the rollout. In the multi-year view you can set an annual growth rate and see which year your team grows past a hosting tier.
What the calculator cannot do: bespoke interfaces, adjustments and consulting by the hour have no list price. What those come to in your case is something we work out in the initial call, and you get it in writing in the quote. The figure on this page is an estimate, not an offer.
