How to read the feature overview
The editions light, office, enterprise and projectfacts are cumulatively built up. Each higher edition includes everything from the lower one plus the additional modules. You can switch editions at any time, with no data migration and no configuration loss.
In the table:
- β = the feature is included in this edition
- empty = the feature is only available in a higher edition
- grouped rows = thematically related features, easier to compare side by side
The row βAdvanced configuration optionsβ in each group stands for deeper settings and individual customisations only available in the projectfacts edition. If you miss a specific feature, ask in the requirements check directly.
Which edition for which company size?
A rough guide based on typical setups in our customer base:
- light is the entry edition, suitable for teams from 3 staff that start with time tracking, teamwork, HR basics and workplace management. Typical for younger service businesses that do not yet need an end-to-end project and billing logic or use external tools for those.
- office is the most popular edition, the sweet spot for 10 to 100 staff that want a complete package across project management, billing, CRM and service desk. Over 80 % of our new customers start with this edition.
- enterprise is for businesses with demanding steering needs: capacity planning, weighted sales forecast, quality management, incoming invoices with approval workflow, automated dunning and invoice runs, plus DATEV and banking interfaces. Typical from 50 to 60 staff, in regulated industries or with multi-site structures.
- projectfacts is the customisable platform edition. It uses the same technical foundation as the standard editions, extended with advanced configuration options in every module. Suitable for businesses whose requirements go beyond what the three standard editions cover.
What is not in the table
This feature overview shows the licence modules per edition. What is part of every edition and is not listed separately:
- Hosting is chosen separately: basic hosting (small teams), standard hosting (dedicated server, ISO 27001) or on-premises. Details on the pricing page.
- Support is chosen separately: basic (free), standard (990 β¬/year) or premium (3,500 β¬/year) with guaranteed response time.
- Onboarding and data migration are offered as a fixed price by the 5 POINT AG customer success team, depending on the complexity of the existing systems.
- Custom adjustments, custom interfaces and industry configurations are possible through the projectfacts edition.
Add-ons
If none of the three standard editions fits exactly, there are two paths:
- Add-ons to a standard edition. Individual modules from enterprise can also be added to the office edition (e.g. quality management). That is cheaper than a full enterprise switch and useful for businesses that need a specific extension only.
- projectfacts edition. For businesses with specific industry requirements, custom interfaces or regulatory peculiarities. Pricing on request, with individual consulting.
Both paths are discussed openly in the requirements check. If a standard edition is enough for you, we say so. If you actually need a projectfacts solution, we shape it together.
Status and commitments
This feature overview reflects the state of teamspace editions in May 2026. Feature scopes may evolve over the software lifecycle. If you want to rely on a specific feature commitment, raise it explicitly in the requirements check. We confirm the feature scope in writing as part of the quote.
