What is not in the table

You choose hosting and support separately.

The overview shows the licence modules per edition. Three things belong to every edition and are chosen separately.

  • Hosting: basic hosting for small teams, standard hosting on a dedicated server in the ISO 27001 certified data centre in Frankfurt am Main, or operation in your own infrastructure.
  • Support: basic free of charge, standard 990 €/year or premium 3,500 €/year with a response time guaranteed in the SLA.
  • Onboarding and data migration: as part of a quote from the 5 POINT AG customer success team, depending on the complexity of the legacy systems.

When no standard edition fits exactly

If a module is missing, we add it specifically.

Sometimes a standard edition almost fits and only a single module is missing. In that case we look in the first call at whether that exact building block can be added specifically, rather than moving up a tier straight away.

If that is not enough, the path leads to projectfacts: the same technical foundation, extended with custom interfaces, industry configuration and a tailored roles and permissions concept. From 29 € per user and month, with individual extensions clarified through dedicated consulting.

Frequently asked questions about the feature overview

Are the editions light, office and enterprise cumulative?
Yes. A higher edition always includes all features of the lower edition plus the additional modules. Beyond that, projectfacts extends every module with advanced configuration options.
Can I switch edition later?
Yes, you can switch between editions at any time. Your data is retained, and no data migration is needed for it.
What costs come on top of the licence?
There is no setup fee for the licence itself. Hosting (from 10 € basic, 100 € standard per month, or 0 € on-premises) and support (basic 0 €, standard 990 €, premium 3,500 € per year) are chosen separately. Details on the pricing page.
Which terms are available and how do I cancel?
Bookable with a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual term. The prices shown in the table are annual prices; a surcharge applies for shorter terms (+10 % half-yearly, +15 % quarterly, +20 % monthly). Notice period: 3 months for an annual term, 1 month for a monthly term.
A feature I need is missing from the table, what now?
Raise it in the first call. Often a single module can be added specifically; for more far-reaching requirements there is the projectfacts edition. We record the agreed scope in writing in the quote.
What is the projectfacts edition?
