KPIs and custom fields

KPIs measure the performance of business activities. teamspace lets you define them with a wide range of variables — units, aggregations, protection classes included.

Define and compute KPIs automatically

Pick what to measure based on your goals. Continuous tracking and evaluation surface improvement potential. Examples:

  • Sales rate — what share of working time goes into sales activities?
  • Office rate — how often are employees in home office vs. on site?
  • Billable hours — billable hours per area and employee.

Protection classes and access permissions control who sees which KPIs.

More for custom fields

Custom fields support standard arithmetic and units (Euro, hours, sqm, %). teamspace aggregates them as sums or averages.

Example: define a KPI for the sales rate as a percentage. Time reports show individual values and the team average automatically.
