teamspace consists of modules. Their content differs, but they’re operated identically — easier to learn and use.

Individual customisation

Customise menu entries by type, user group, name and description. Tiles can be customised in size and colour and assigned to the parent menu. Drag & drop rearranges entries and tiles. Grouping lets you bundle topics.

Permissions per user group

User groups can have very different permissions. Leadership and HR may have access to many modules and grant leave; junior admin roles may only see time tracking and projects. Configuration options can be restricted too, so only the right people change settings. Permissions are editable any time.
