Skribble offers legally valid digital signatures. Beyond a digital signature, Skribble also verifies the signer's identity — for contracts, year-end accounts, orders.
Secure online signatures with Skribble
Skribble is a Swiss provider of legally valid digital signatures. EU validity is ensured via the eIDAS regulation; Swiss validity via the ZertES law. Three standards are distinguished:
- SES (simple) — applications, NDAs; identification by email
- AES (advanced) — purchase contracts, partnership agreements; identification by mobile number, signature via mTAN
- QES (qualified) — employment contracts, leases, bank account openings; identification in person or via video; equivalent to a handwritten signature

Skribble integration in teamspace
PDF documents in teamspace can be signed via Skribble — especially convenient for quotes and timesheets. Decide who signs by email address (multiple signers possible), pick the standard (SES, AES, QES) and the legal basis (eIDAS, ZertES). Skribble notifies the signers automatically; teamspace shows progress in an info box. The signed document is downloadable and protected against modification.
