Extended project-time analysis

Analyse project times more precisely with the new evaluation via target items — independent of billing logic. Deeper insight into delivered work and a solid foundation for controlling and strategic decisions.

Multi-currency sales opportunities

Sales opportunities now support different currencies. International business can be calculated and assessed realistically.

SLA control via ticket rules

Service-level agreements can be controlled via ticket rules — including the first editor per customer. Clear responsibilities and a structured service flow.

Structured document templates

More overview in document administration: templates can be organised into directories. Easier maintenance and a clear structure — especially helpful with large template collections.

New “Money amount” field type

Custom fields support the new “Money amount” type. Monetary values display consistently and systematically.

  • Project workflows can be configured again
  • ExpensePosition “billing situation” no longer hides “Project” or “Customer” when the only option is “No”
  • When the country differs between the old and new editor on document creation, the language follows the new editor
  • Due-date rule for invoice documents visible and applied on validation
  • Cadence and percentage rules from customer, category and base config can be combined
  • Price-list positions in a different currency now compute correctly via the “Set active” bulk action
  • Attendance times from 22:00 to 00:00 interpreted correctly again
  • Disabling modules and re-saving user groups no longer drops permissions

  • “All documents” filter in the project preview works again
  • Duplicate required-field marking on new organisation fixed
  • Existing attachments on a draft ticket no longer lost when adding a file via the popup picker
  • Weekly limit on “Project or attendance time” now deducts logged time from the limit
  • No more line breaks in the GiroQR purpose field
  • Percentage formatting on cost positions (19.0 vs. 0.19) fixed
  • Amount formatting in SEPA export (decimals) fixed
  • E-invoice import no longer aborts on missing document currency — just a warning
  • Cost creation from travel requests fixed
  • Project updates when the structure changes via the sub-project number
  • Sickness list shows actual work days, not workdays
  • Messages couldn’t be saved when too large — fixed
  • DialogModeSwitcher usable in Safari again
  • Ticket templates with multiple recipients/senders carry them over correctly on creation
  • Copying (travel) expense reports no longer keeps the DATEV transmission status
  • Submitting forms with Enter works in more input fields
  • New links/directories created in the correct file directory when switching detail managers
  • “Internal comment” field editable again when the time hangs on a timesheet released for review
  • Field search in dialogues recognises group titles
  • Date format on creating a new weekly closing fixed
  • Tree-structure print views match the original list state and are now in light mode
  • When calculated costs are all 0, only the duration of booked time is used for the contribution-margin share
  • Project activities as top-pinboard entries displayed correctly
  • “Last day of month” selectable in recurring-appointment rules again
  • Activity column content in the project overview no longer truncated
  • Re-saving a draft project time handles budget rules correctly; resource saves also handled correctly
  • Overnight check-in/out works without errors again
  • Holiday import avoids duplicates without refusing the import
  • Project name displayed correctly in tree-structure Excel exports
  • Null values set in the copy dialog no longer overwritten by the source document
  • ”&” displayed correctly in the project Name column
  • Creating a project time from a ticket activity no longer computes missing start/end without a running stopwatch
  • Stopwatch reset button shown only when the stopwatch is running
  • Additional ticket recipients carried over even without a matching contact
  • Appointment start/end times affect the “planned effort”
