Changelog: Autumn release 2024

The new teamspace version brings an automated bank interface, semi-automated cost billing and updates around e-invoicing — getting you ready for the mandatory receipt of e-invoices.

  • Cost billing has been reworked and behaves differently in detail. Existing orders need adjustment to use automatic cost billing.

  • Colleague visibility and detailed presence/absence visibility are now configurable independently
  • A general additional ticket recipient can be set on a customer
  • Planned capacities can be queried via the API
  • Sickness-note handling significantly improved
  • Project times can be split by reference number
  • Access rights for contacts and organisations can now be set separately
  • New QM document type “Certificate”
  • CRM activity descriptions can be formatted
  • Preview thumbnails for uploaded MS Office files
  • Founding date can be stored on organisations (analogous to the birthday field on people)
  • Validation type “Standard” is now called “For acknowledgement”, better describing the function
  • Sharing items now produces a more readable email body

Bug fixes

  • Unsubscribe link in campaign mails works correctly again
  • Project framework data (e.g. planned time) is usable without the finance module
  • Shared project-time templates also appear under “My day”
  • Manual check-in occasionally did not start the attendance clock — fixed
  • Display glitches in Safari fixed (issue remains with the legacy menu bar 2)
  • Competence columns in the HR employee list now use the star display in Excel reports too
  • “Project type” filter in document lists works correctly without a linked main project
  • Creating a new “Textarea” custom field with custom-field options as suggestions no longer hangs the dialog
  • Slowdowns from annotations in employee picker fixed
  • Maximum overtime limit could be exceeded with a negative time balance in the previous month — fixed
  • Clear widget in a focused text field works in Firefox
  • KPI variable suggestions for user KPI include project time and attendance time again
  • Invoices can be generated again via the bulk action on positions in an order’s billing view
  • New ticket owners and responsibles receive notifications even when “as subscriber” is disabled
