Changelog: Autumn release 2025

The new teamspace version brings a long list of new features, including the new Genua user interface for all customers, an HOAI calculator, cumulative invoices and many more improvements.

Highlights of the new teamspace version

  • Genua for everyone — the new user interface ships to all existing customers. teamspace also loads up to 50 % faster after the update.
  • HOAI calculator — calculate architect and engineer fees directly in the software. Tables in line with the German HOAI and supplementary RifT tables are included.
  • Cumulative invoices — list previously issued invoices and payments along with the current instalment, so issuer and recipient always have the full picture.
  • Admin newsletter — admins and IT contacts can subscribe to advance notifications about maintenance windows and potential service interruptions.

Plus the redesigned help centre with self-service resources.

  • Workflow can require a status selection for client messages
  • Global setting to use the position name or description as the DATEV booking text
  • Restrict which ticket statuses are available in the external portal
  • Creditor number is auto-generated on the booking batch if none is set on the supplier; uniqueness is checked on entry
  • Restrict mail-account sending to specific users and groups
  • Sender list for ticket-contact assignment via reply address
  • Configure the content for “Document field 1” in the DATEV booking batch (own invoice number, supplier’s, or combined for incoming invoices)
  • Address formatting per country standard
  • Appointments snap to neighbouring appointments when moved
  • Delivery-date determination is now configurable
  • “Automatic follow-up” can be disabled per customer
  • “Stay logged in” can be time-limited
  • Various new columns in lists
  • Ticket channels can be marked as not selectable, useful for channel groups
  • Project number can be transferred as “kost2” to DATEV for configured cost centres

  • Skill filter in free capacities works again
  • Saving a campaign no longer closes the detail manager
  • “Invoicing with ZUGFeRD / XRechnung” is read-only when the document is validated
  • Settings for invoice / dunning run are copied when a document is copied
  • Sickness markers are no longer lost when start/end of overlapping sick notes are changed
  • Teams appointments are now updated in Microsoft after drag and drop in calendar views
  • Manual assignment of travel costs updates the item value
  • Deleted instances of recurring appointments now keep their participants and sync correctly
  • Date formulas from default settings are read correctly
  • “Next run” in campaign activities recalculates when valid-from/until are set
  • API calls with custom fields of type “selection” work as query parameters again
  • Key accounters can be added to a customer via the API
  • Owner is set automatically on ticket creation based on channel configuration
  • “Invoice” column in sales opportunities now shows credit notes too
  • “Automatic attachments on invoice” setting is correctly carried over when saving an order
  • E-invoicing setting is correctly carried over when creating an order from a quote
  • Payment terms from the CRM no longer override quote-level payment terms when an invoice is created
  • No more empty IBAN / BIC tags in e-invoices
  • Skill filter in the capacity-analysis report works again
  • Popup selection lists fixed
  • Wrong icon in document column “Open receivables” corrected
  • Campaign-activity dialog no longer shows an unnecessary “Save and close”
  • Surcharges are nulled when the last attendance entry of the day is deleted
  • Item descriptions in e-invoice XML no longer contain HTML
  • Empty attachments are ignored when reading e-invoices
  • Correct substitution of the “interest on late payment” placeholder in dunning texts
  • Forum: marking all topics as read no longer shows an unnecessary error
  • Working-day report: column total for attendance categories now shown
  • Employee list: sum of contract time was day-imprecise in certain weekly configurations — fixed
  • Import of forwarded emails fixed
  • Plausibility validation for the gross invoice amount in e-invoices
  • VAT-ID of invoice recipient no longer mandatory for “no VAT (foreign)”
  • Payment status of an invoice was exported as numeric code only in Excel — fixed
  • Requesting leave for colleagues no longer exposes their overtime balance
  • Additional information from list splits is exported as unformatted text in Excel reports
  • User selection by skills was broken — fixed
  • Range of project times can be set via multi-select again, even when the affected employee has category restrictions
