Changelog: Winter release 2024

The new teamspace version brings customer-specific ticket-channel routing, cost handling for invoices and fully automated product administration.

Highlights of the new teamspace version

  • Ticket-channel routing by customer — teamspace recognises tickets from people belonging to a given organisation and can move them into a separate ticket channel automatically. Ideal for key accounts or partners in large projects.
  • Cost handling for an invoice — capture incoming e-invoices directly in the system. Cost items such as meals or accommodation can be created and linked to the matching invoice, simplifying onward billing to your customers.
  • Product administration made simple — service companies keep an overview of their services. teamspace analyses all orders in the system; product assignment runs fully automated and repeats regularly to keep the product overview up to date.
