A new free service

A new format alongside the usual mail and phone support: a free support hour. Starting 1 April 2025, every Tuesday 14:00–15:00 via Microsoft Teams. Join via the help center.

The idea

Ask general questions about processes, best practices and software functions — no advance registration. A consultant moderates the meeting and answers questions, and participants are encouraged to share experiences with each other.

Guidelines for a constructive session

Topics — content-oriented application questions. No contractual matters, troubleshooting or full process consulting. Please understand if a topic is too specific or too complex for the format.

Data protection — we use a dedicated sandbox with demo data. We never demonstrate in your production system.

Time — starts at 14:00, ends by 15:00 at the latest. If no one joins within 10 minutes, the meeting closes. Please prioritise your questions so everyone gets a chance to be heard.

Our playground: the sandbox

A teamspace Enterprise system pre-filled with demo data, used to illustrate functions and processes in the support hour. You can also use it independently — request access on the sandbox help-center page. Credentials are valid until the end of the current calendar week. Your data is only visible to you and is wiped overnight to Monday. Test freely without touching production.
