- Many small changes simplify capacity planning, including clearer labels distinguishing monthly goals from daily/weekly/monthly plans
- New Scrum planning dialog simplifies agile project management
- Capacity planning on weekly and monthly basis simplified
- Bulk action “Master data…” extended in many modules and enriched with custom fields
- Cost centres, cost objects and cost types reworked — now real elements, assigned via configurable rules
- “Additional rows” in employee-split reports also available in area/category analysis and project-time analysis
- Custom fields of type KPI can aggregate project times on a daily basis
- Ticket system: visibility of hidden activities and external-portal visibility consolidated; hiding configurable, even for new activities; visibility flagged via icon overlay
- Visibility of the first activity of a ticket from a request can be preconfigured
- Reply to a hidden activity removes the quote
- Stopwatch can be started from the sidebar (plus icon)
- “Additional report rows” for employees can show leave and sickness times broken down by category
- Employees and admins receive better info about planned flexitime reduction (dynamic column in employee lists, extended personal time-account view)
- HR overtime can show the flexitime value in every date column
- API can download file content by file-version ID (/api/file/data/1234)
- API can access custom fields on documents (writable only on drafts)
- Document lists offer filtering by dunning stage
- Organisation lists offer individual columns for street/no., city, postal code, state and country
- SLA carried over when copying tickets
- Sickness notifications trigger menu notifications for HR (and other authorised groups)
- Travel-expense list hides already-billed travel costs by default
- Invoice layouts can access data of the underlying quote
- Finance positions billed only at a specific status: the project base for the check is the assigned sub-project; if no project is assigned, booked times use their project, otherwise the main project
- ZUGFeRD/XRechnung now configurable per customer

- Faulty colour marking in global search fixed
- “Active columns — time tracking/project times” config now applied in the project detail manager
- Project-capacity sync: a user group appearing multiple times in the project hierarchy is no longer removed by sync
- Check-in caused confusing change entries on the user account in some cases — fixed
- Leave requests “over” sick days can be rejected without error
- “Position” field on contact creation and in contact lists visible only when configured
- Employee overview export now offers time-duration format selection for the KPI column
- Replacement-field issues in the email footer on document dispatch fixed
- Project filter applied correctly in the ticket list of sub-projects
- Open-item teamSync sync no longer loses the list assignment

- Leave-balance change dialog shows the balance precisely (important when employees leave the company)
- Overtime: flexitime value is up to date even without monthly thresholds; December overtime value is current with annual thresholds; with monthly thresholds the overtime stays on the previous month’s value until end-of-month rules apply
- API now exposes whether “PerformanceBudget” is active correctly
- “Bill up to last month” works again and was renamed to “Bill up to end of last month”
- Rounding issues in the “contract time” employee KPI fixed
- Contact data pre-filled correctly when copying documents
- Auto-replies of the ticket system used the wrong date format — fixed
- Cash-discount percentage in XRechnung corrected
