The new teamspace version brings the Next Steps module, an improved Outlook add-in, ticket templates and many smaller refinements.

Highlights of the new teamspace version

  • Next steps module — integrate workflows related to a document, such as quote follow-ups. Capture customer feedback and trigger internal follow-up processes directly.
  • New Outlook add-in — add emails to existing tickets, use the function in shared mailboxes and folders, send larger attachments, enjoy a clearer channel view and freely pick the ticket owner.
  • Ticket templates — save time and avoid mistakes. Ideal for recurring communication patterns such as customer questionnaires or error reports.

Plus the redesigned help centre with self-service resources.

New features

  • Next steps — a new module for planning future tasks
  • Percentage-based HOAI billing is now more convenient
  • Residual-value billing of orders — a new mode that simplifies managing duration items in existing orders

Improvements

  • E-invoices can include additional documents directly in the PDF
  • Leave requests support two separate requests per day
  • “My projects” has a simpler default view and project tiles show a description
  • Linked document positions are shown in more detail in project lists
  • “Trend analysis” column in project lists can also display planned capacity
  • Commissions can be created via the API
  • Capacity-plan items can have their own colour marker
  • “Planned revenue” from capacity planning can also be shown under “My goals”
  • Extended customer-data filters in project lists
  • Ticket system can require manual selection of a follow-up status
  • Project-time lists can be filtered by project role
  • Document PDF file names can include the ID of the linked project
  • Friendlier history view for documents, sales opportunities and other elements
  • Campaign activities can be copied — even across campaigns
  • Open items can be copied
  • Open-item descriptions can be formatted
  • Sent menu notifications can be reviewed in the sidebar
  • “Revenue start” in sales opportunities can be configured as optional
  • Ticket activity list highlights hidden activities more clearly
  • Attachments of hidden ticket activities are hidden as well
  • Bookmark access can be controlled more precisely
  • Better display of finance positions in the service note (mouse-over with extra info)
  • Improved bulk action for moving elements to a board (dynamic status selection)

Bug fixes

  • Planned revenue is cumulated correctly again
  • Overwriting a sickness now triggers a menu notification
  • Inherited email addresses could not be removed — fixed
  • Ticket templates did not set the sender defined in the template — fixed
  • Workplace-planning editing issues fixed
  • Project workflows sometimes showed inherited statuses as not allowed
  • Projects could be over-booked via bulk “Move” in certain cases
  • Project-activity list in the project overview did not include activities from sub-projects
  • Cash-discount suggestion no longer appeared when entering a payment — fixed
  • “Request leave” dialog could be opened even when no leave category was available
