Steering starts at task planning, not evaluation. Service companies need clear structure of tasks and ownership; only then can resources be deployed and priorities set realistically.

The task manager is the central control unit: open items, resubmissions and project tasks come together. Each employee sees their work; team leads see status, distribution and progress.

Recurring resources complement this. Define a recurring assignment once — e.g. a weekly customer-care slot or a recurring internal duty — and the system books it automatically per interval. Planned periods appear in the calendar and resource planning, and the scheduled resource is available to the employee directly in time tracking. Planning and actual delivery stay linked in the system.
