Bank interface automation
The bank interface has been around since December 2023. The new automatic mode imports new account movements once a day — no more manual CSV uploads.
What’s changing
Until now, you exported bank statements as CSV and uploaded them to teamspace. Now teamspace can fetch new account movements automatically — once a day. Aside from a quick review, no manual action needed.
Other features
The existing functions stay. Payments are matched automatically — based on the invoice number, which should always appear in the transfer’s reference. Matching payments mark invoices as fully paid; smaller amounts as partial payment. Partial payments also work for invoices unrelated to the bank interface. Irrelevant payments can be flagged to be ignored.
The “Payments” tile gives an overview. Each partial payment counts as a separate element of the total.
Initial setup requires a column matching in configuration — our consulting team supports it.
