Working time, leave and capacity — to the minute
Modern work isn't uniform — daily working time varies by weekday, capacity differs, leave values change. teamspace lets you configure all three to the minute per weekday and employee.
Flexible work weeks
Modern work isn’t a uniform weekly hour count split evenly across days. Typical reality:
- Daily working time varies by weekday
- Some weekdays have more plannable capacity than others
- Some weekdays “consume” more leave than others
teamspace handles this with per-weekday, per-employee configuration to the minute.
Examples
Digital AG — 38 weekly hours, but 8 hours Monday–Thursday and 6 hours Friday. A leave day on Friday should still count as a full leave day even though it’s worth only 6 hours.
Hausverwaltung Homie24 — a property manager schedules 6 hours of capacity per weekday. Weekends produce a Monday spike in inquiries, so the plannable Monday capacity drops to 4 hours.
