E-invoicing improvements
Aligned to the obligation from 1 January 2025, every area around e-invoicing has been improved and made more user-friendly.
E-invoicing made simple
Aligned to the obligation effective 1 January 2025, dispatch, receipt and handling of e-invoices have been improved across the board. Icons in the system make it obvious at a glance whether an invoice is an e-invoice or a PDF.
Sending e-invoices
The dispatch dialog received quality-of-life improvements, including additional relevant fields and a clearer visualisation of the e-invoice data. More guard rails reduce errors and rejections from recipients.
Receiving e-invoices
E-invoices typically arrive by email and become a ticket. A dedicated dialog lets users create an incoming invoice from the attachment — data is read out automatically and stored as a finished document.
Direct payment
E-invoices can be paid directly. Scan the QR code with your phone, the data is transferred into your bank’s mobile app — confirm to complete the transfer.
