Overview of unposted project times

The tiles “Unposted work days” and “My unposted work days” show whether all past days are booked. The reference point is the latest allowed booking day — typically the retroactive booking limit.

When every day is booked, a green check appears. Where bookings are missing, the tile highlights which times can no longer be entered and which still need posting. The system compares project time to recorded attendance time. If both diverge, it flags it. Without attendance tracking, the check only confirms at least one booking per day.

Employees see quickly which days they still need to post; managers see what still needs catching up.
