Maintenance positions for products
Service products often need maintenance once deployed. Mark a product in the catalogue as having an associated maintenance position; in the order, add it with a few clicks. The maintenance is billed automatically going forward.
Generate an order
When you resell third-party products, teamspace can detect them and trigger purchase orders. In the article, declare that the product triggers an order and which article to procure. The order then offers a new purchase order — or extends an existing one.
Move positions between orders
For long-running service contracts that gain positions over time, you can deactivate positions in the current order and move them into another order (e.g. a long-running framework). A link from old to new keeps the trace clean.
