Highlights of the new teamspace version

Projects are a core element of teamspace. The new version therefore gives you even more options to plan, control and successfully close your projects.

You will find all further new features and improvements in this changelog.

New features

  • Agile project management with sprints
  • Task manager bundles all pending tasks (work packages, resubmissions, validations, …) in one place
  • Single sign-on with Microsoft accounts (Azure AD)
  • Excel reports more customisable: time format (minutes, hours, days) and file name settable
  • A welcome screen prompts the check-in
  • The break screen shows the running break duration

Improvements and new features

  • Horizontal inheritance of project roles
  • Contact picture uploadable on contact creation
  • Alarm can be set up when creating a CRM activity
  • A ticket for participants can be created from an appointment
  • Incoming-invoice creation from a ticket conveniently adopts an attachment as reference document
  • Many reports offer an “I” widget for the user filter
  • Element input fields (“three-dots fields”) show recently used elements
  • Custom fields of type “inherit from main element” for projects and organisations
  • Sales-opportunity report can be built by creation, modification or revenue-start date
  • Sales-opportunity list shows additional contact info
  • External document number on incoming invoices
  • Invoice date is set on validation
  • New “Capacity planning” column in work-day lists
  • New “Unit price invoice pos.” column in project-time lists
  • New “Ticket” column in document lists
  • Contract time as booking suggestion for project time tracking
  • Project framework data editable via bulk select
  • Improved permission editing via bulk select in several modules
  • Rejected cost items have the searchable/filterable status “Rejected”
  • Contact list in campaigns has customisable columns
  • Display name of employees can be shown and exported in the HR employee list
  • Lists in the project detail manager more consistent in showing elements from underlying project structure
  • Ticket lists filterable by customer aspects
  • Employee preview card shows whether the employee is external
  • Working-hours formatting uses the configured thousands separator
  • Better display of half leave days in calendar overviews like “My colleagues”
  • Overtime chart display improved: with yearly rules only, the December behaviour is clearer
  • Performance of the capacity analysis improved

Bug fixes

  • Various multi-window issues fixed
  • Heading in the project list of a capacity no longer re-translated incorrectly on every refresh
  • Better searchability of board entries that inherit their title from the linked element
  • Break-rule bug that produced an invalid working time fixed
  • “Deviation from order” column in post-calculation rounded too imprecisely in rare cases
  • Effort-based positions on “individual period” billing apply the maximum billable effort correctly
  • Editor selected in the document creation dialog occasionally wasn’t carried over — fixed
  • Notifications no longer disappear when switching to “My colleagues”
  • Language in campaign mails now applies to replacement fields too
  • Calculated work costs shown again in invoice activity records when in draft
  • Custom-field type restrictions applied correctly in creation dialogs
  • Currency picker on project creation works correctly again
  • Various issues with retroactive project-team/capacity sync fixed
  • CRM activities can be copied without losing their type
  • Contact categories rendered correctly in master data
  • Mail header/footer no longer adds extra spacing on forwarding
  • Sum-value display in multi-row table columns counter-intuitive in certain cases — fixed
  • Display issue with negative billing deviation in “Future revenue” fixed
  • Birthday display issue in colleague overview fixed
  • Initiator of an open item in a project template is removed on project creation
  • Description in element-type menu tiles displayed correctly
  • “Create open item” action available in the project detail manager’s “Open items” view toolbar
  • Organisation lists accessible after user switch with restricted CRM permissions
  • Break-rule configuration no longer required the project time-tracking module
