Individual products can be combined into bundles (e.g. software + onboarding package + 12 months maintenance), with a special price. On the invoice the bundle is shown as a single line or resolved into its components.
Licences carry a holder, activation date, expiry and auto-renewal. Before expiry the renewal opportunity moves to the pipeline, and the account owner is notified.
