Versioning and audit trail

In negotiations, multiple quote versions often emerge. teamspace tracks every version with editor and timestamp, diff to the previous version and link to the CRM lead. The final accepted version is uniquely identified and connected to the resulting order. The audit trail documents the negotiation history.
